Civic ceremonies repeat on a fixed calendar, in front of very nearly the same people, and the order they sit in is set by rules somebody has to apply correctly every single time. CerimoniereWeb holds those rules once and applies them to every ceremony that uses them.

Mayor, executive and councillors in the chamber, with the invited authorities. An administration changes and dozens of offices change with it: you update them once, in the registry.

Remembrance, national days, liberation. They return each year with the same structure and almost the same authorities: clone last year's ceremony and update whoever has changed.

Civic precedence, modelled once
Civic orders of precedence are local by nature. Who ranks where between the Lord-Lieutenant, the High Sheriff, the Mayor and the civic party depends on the county, on the occasion and on whether the ceremony is being hosted or attended. The same is true of a mayor’s protocol anywhere else: the ordering is written down somewhere, and it is not the ordering the next authority along uses.

Alongside it you add what the ordering leaves out: the recurring guests of the area, the associations that take part in commemorations, the honorary offices. Each ceremony picks which protocol to apply, and one registry serves them all.
The ceremonies come back every year
A council runs the same ceremonies on a fixed calendar, in front of almost the same authorities. This is where cloning a past ceremony saves the most time: take the structure of last year’s commemoration, update the offices that have changed hands since, and the hall is ready.
Past ceremonies leave a record: who was invited, who came, who sent a representative. When the administration changes, the office archive does not leave with it.
